Jocelyn has over 35 years of professional experience as a Job Contractor, Builder, Project manager and Construction administrator. Designing and managing both commercial and residential projects from conception through construction.
Jocelyn’s broad professional experience, along with close interaction with clients and colleagues, has been his foundation and development in the process of construction and working through all phases of projects.

Carl enjoys the unique challenges and diversity of home construction and renovation. He has 30+ years’ experience as a fine furniture maker/carpenter. When off the clock, he loves to spend time with family and friends.

Christophe has over 15 years of experience as a professional plumber. Christophe has had the opportunity to work in specialist companies where he gained invaluable on-the-job training and professional skills. He is passionate about what he does and will always find solution to a problem.
Founder
Vikash has always been fascinated by the world of design & construction. Professionally, however, he was until recently, the CEO of the National Property Fund Ltd as well as the Chairman of the NIC Group.
Over the years, Vikash has project managed several projects which is evidenced under the Portfolio Section of the page. His desire to consistently deliver on every client’s needs with an unrivaled level of personalised service, paying attention to every details, honesty, integrity, and respect is the foundation of Snvik Re.

Vikash holds an Msc International Securities, Investment & Banking (UK) and a BA Dual (Hons) Business Administration & Environmental Management (UK).
He also holds professional membership with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (US) and an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Vivian has over 25 years of experience as tile setter. He is probably one of the few left in the industry who thrives on seeing a smile on the client’s face. There are no short cuts. Tile fitting is quite delicate in nature and will take the time it takes but he ensures that the levelling is done to near perfection if not perfection.
